First time car buyer

Very smooth and relaxing

We worked with Tyler Robinson and Joe Murphy. Tyler was very accommodating as we made several visits, test drives and had many questions. As we were nearing a decision Tyler and Joe teamed up very well in terms of answering more questions and offering suggestions that allowed us to make a proper and informed decision. These two made it a very comfortable process!

Another good expierence

Just leased another Explorer from Apple Valley Ford and the team there was excellent. Mike Wicker and Bob Petti got my family into the 2015 Explorer Limited quickly with no pressure. Mike spent as much time as we needed to decide without pushing us into a decision. The same experience we had in 2013 with Luke Butze. Apple Valley has a good team that I would recommend to all I know.

Very helpful and understanding

Both Tyler Robinson and Josh Nalevanko were very helpful in my search for a new F150. They understood my dilemma and helped with the solution. All in all a great experience.

Great Job

Outstanding Sales Service

Our sales person, Kyle Buro, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. He took extra time to answer our questions and work with us to lease a 2015 Ford Escape. Our daughter, Melissa, who will be looking for a vehicle in a year, will definitely be coming in to buy or lease from Kyle Buro at your dealership. We really loved the old truck that was on the show floor. What a neat idea. Fun to see.
