I was very pleased in my purchase experience at Apple Valley Ford. Phil Haas, my sales person was excellent along with the after market person, trade-in person and the finance person. I love my new truck!

Expect the best

After a mis communication, there was an issue that caused me not to be able to buy the truck I wanted. In an effort to help me get on the road, I was offered another new arrival that listed higher, but I would pay the same yet lower price for the truck. During the inspection they found problems with the truck that could be serious. I was given an offer to purchase another truck, with a very generous price cut, if I choose not to take the chance with the truck I was buying. I took the deal. I am very happy with the result. My opinion, if you want an honest and fair deal, go see Rick, Steve, Mike, or any of the other crew at Apple Ford. I will always stop there first when looking for a vehicle, and if they don't have it, it will be worth the wait.

Buying a 2018 pickup.

Worked with Kemaul, trading in our 2013 pickup for 2018.Our experience was great.He went over the electronics patiently with us, as we are in our late 60's.We are pleased with him and the truck. This is our second purchase from Apple Valley Ford.

Best Selection of used vehicles

These people know how to serve their customers! Very attentive, made the purchase process EASY! After the purchase, when I discovered that I had overlooked a flaw, they worked to quickly correct it at no expense to me! Way to go guys! That's what makes happy, repeat customers!

Great service

I was going on a weekend trip and there was a rattle in my car. Even though they were extremely busy Brian said he would ride around the block with me to see if he could figure out what the problem was. He did and took care of the problem. I couldn't be happier with the service I got.

Need a loaner

Ford should give loaner cars to their customers, especially when you are loyal to them, and it's a Ford issue, having to use your spouses vehicle should be out of the question, being loyal may end here after this one, business will go elsewhere, this is a major issue as hoping my spouse does not need her car as I will be using it because of some tight xxx decisions on Ford dealership, I would not take a day off of work for Fords issue, good by after this lease, I will go elsewhete

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT!!! We purchased a used Ford Explorer last summer from Doug Condon. He was pleasant and helpful during the purchase. A few weeks later we had an issue with the My Ford Touch in the vehicle. Today, Sales Manger Rick McClarey, treated us better than ANY other car dealership WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!. If you're in the market for a New/Used vehicle please look for Doug Condon and Rick McClarey to treat you like you expect to be treated. EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMERS.....Thom and Amy ONeill.
