I had service work completed on my car. Ross did a fantastic job keeping me updated throughout the service. My car was in for more than a day, but he kept in constant contact. He also was patient and took the time to explain things to me... more than once! Ross definitely went above and beyond!!!! He is a great asset to Apple Valley Ford.

This is the third time this dealership has made me late...
This is the third time this dealership has made me late or completely miss something for work. I always give myself 2 plus hours between my work and the expected end time of a service and that hasn't been enough I guess. They quoted me at no more then 3 hours for an oil change and new tires as a scheduled service with the tire choice already pre-picked out. These services took over 5 hours and the excuse was "short staffed" as I watched people stand around and do nothing. I whole heartily understand being short staffed but when this is a scheduled service, no issues came up during the service and the tires were picked out at time of scheduling then it should take the quoted time. They tried making up for things buy covering my oil change but I had already paid for the oil change so nothing was covered to remedy this poor service. I had to even go ask about my car after 4 and a half hours due to no updates from anyone. I will never return to this dealership as they have no respect for their customers time.

Brought my vehicle in early in the morning and was expecting to have to leave it there overnight because I needed a lot of work done but Apple Valley Ford was able to get all of my work done in just one day with no appointment! Work performed: oil change, rear pads and rotors, all my fluids flushed, new tires, and alignment. Astonishing work, thanks.

Purchased a 2021 Lincoln Aviator 3,000 miles - car...
Purchased a 2021 Lincoln Aviator 3,000 miles - car delivered dirty with others personal stuff in back - charged over $3k agreed too, rep said it was right… got a check for the error 2 days later - told it was certified Lincoln inspection Well that inspection includes “Carfax” review which discloses……wait - after 2nd day of ownership advised of issue with car. Apt made brought it in for work. Pulled to right , under carriage damaged Carfax pulled “vehicle was in accident”. Carfax shows the accident , by law if dealer is aware ( remember Lincoln cert ) they need to disclose this. They did not Offered to trade for another vehicle or refund with out taxes. By Mn law they need to cover all out of pocket. Find another dealer

not accomadating for out of town customers
Went to dealership as I had problem with bug deflector breaking and was told it was not going to be replaced by warranty until I became upset. I walked out and then on the freeway bug deflector broke off. When I went back to the dealer was told that there was no one that could help me and to duck tape it on and I had not duck tape he (TREY)finally went and got some duck tape and I duck taped it on which didn't hold. Was told come back on Friday and then they would replace it. Which they did. I also had and still do have a issue with FORD PASS on my phone and was told that I would have to make an appointment that would be 2 weeks out and I could take it to the Northfield dealer. This was service manager TREY that told me all this stuff, I found him to be very unaccomidating for out of town customer. Will in the future more that likely find another dealer. When I purchased the vehicle was sold as new and when I got title was listed as used as dealer told me that they could do that because it was titled to the dealer. It is my opinion that the only thing the dealership cares about is making the sale. There was a gal that was there that did try to help me the FORD PASS but still didn't get the issue resolved. She did give me customer service number so will see what happen. It was so much easier when the remote was on the fob.

incompatan service tech
2017 ford expler went to apple ford skpee and apple valley are owned by the same owner, so brought apple ford shkpee at 57k miles to have batt.replcd and drve line fluids changed tranny, tcase, rear diff, they tolled Me that the rear main seal is bad oil leaking so they got a free rental, so finally 2 weeks later .they told Me vehicle was done, 5 mnths later brought vehicle in for rear tow link recall, and svc advser told Me rear main seal was leaking I said that was suposed to been repaired under manfture warr. he said your coverd you have ext warr. 1 more week, then looked at previous svc receipt from drv line fluids svc, and found out the transfercase svc was canceled was on the 2nd page at bottom, those 3 svcs should not have taken 3 weeks, so now I have get the t- case fluid svce changed at diff dler , and as for apple valley ford had 2010 ford escape had under coating done first drove apple valley and they told Me moved body shp to skpee, so got ford focus free rental, drve back after 4 hrs and found out they did not cover the spare tire under vehicle and was coated in under coating tar, then went apple ford apple valley to have igniton keep cycinder replaced on sat aked persn who set appt if there would be a tech that could do this jod on sat they said yes, about 3 1/2 hours later found out tech was hving trouble get the ignition key cyclinder into the the opening, so I said I need to speak to the GM went into his office, he left door open people came in to get keys, this very unprofessional, then svc shop forman came into office, said he had been following me around and that would recomend people if I charge you $150.00 I said I woud think about that if you charged me $50.00 and GM said Nc, no charge, the tech finanlly got the key cyclinder in and look like xxxxxx did the job scathes and deep scrapes all over the key cylinder , they wasted 4 hours of my day, I will not go eigher dilership for sales or svc

I've been leasing with Ford for 6 years and decided I wanted to buy a new car, I went to Apple Valley Ford and worked with Leo. I called at 8:30 am and spoke with Leo, within four hours, I was driving my new car home. They worked with me and gave me a great deal, looked for every incentive they could find and worked within my price range. I am so happy I decided to go to Apple Valley Ford. It was one of the easiest things I have done in a long time. I couldn't be happier and Leo was AWESOME! I went to a different dealer the day before and I felt like I needed to protect myself as it didn't feel safe. I had to be on guard. BUT NOT WITH APPLE VALLEY FORD! I went there and felt they had MY best interest at heart. It was all about, what was going to work for me and not them. I would recommend Apple Valley Ford to ANYONE looking to buy a new or used car.
