The phone experience was not good. False advertising on car guru site. It state you can bring vehicle to you and could not meet even half way. Had to drive 2 1/2 hours as I bought and had to pick up old vehicle because the trade in offer was really low. Once in store they thought maybe the vehicle I was going to buy was gone. Thankfully it was not after the hassle. My sales guy was great and so was the lady manager.

Good service, brought my fusion in on a Thursday morning
Good service, brought my fusion in on a Thursday morning and job was done on Saturday morning. Had hoped for a Friday pick up, but parts and volume of cars needing service on Friday, held it up. I've been coming to AVF since I purchased the vehicle 12 years ago. Thank you for taking good care of my car, I hope to be driving it for a long time yet.

Customer Service
I had a problem with my vehicle touch pad repeatedly failing. The dealer maintenance people were great in keeping me apprised of what was going on and when I could the vehicle to be returned to service. The touch pad is operating fine, so far. The buying process had one significant glitch. There was a delay in submitting the request to have the Vietnam Veteran plates from my 04 Explorer transferred to my 22 Edge. The end result was I was operating my vehicle with an expired Dealer License Plate for about 2 weeks..

Maverick Purchase
Sales let?s you know of available aftermarket options. When you say no, there?s no pressure. When delivered the tailgate had a small scratch through clear coat and paint. Rather tan ?touch up? the scratch, the body shop repainted the gate. Perfect color match. Provided new loaner car and painted at my convenience.

Sales rep did a fine job, but this dealership is notorious for trying to take advantage of their customer. The finance guy Frank tries to force additional warranties and behaves unprofessional. Happy with my vehicle but will go elsewhere next time.
