I had a 6:00 pm appointment to drop off my vehicle for a safety recall service. There were service doors noted as "Appointments" so I go up to one of those doors. I wait in my car, and then stand by my car, for over 15 minutes. Finally a person stops and tells me I am in wrong line for safety recall service. Meanwhile, a service person had randomly parked a vehicle behind me such that I couldn't back up so they had to find that person to get the key to move the vehicle. Go to another door that is supposed to open automatically when you drive up to it; it didn't. I go in and find someone to ask about the door. He said that door is locked at 6:00. So, they open the door to let me drive in. All total, it took over a half hour to just drop off my car. Once in, they took my information fairly quickly, and the work was done when promised, so that part of the process was fine.

I always have great service at AVF! The employees are helpful and always willing to lend a hand. I've been coming to AVF for almost 10 years, and they will continue to be my #1 choice of dealer.

I had 2 bad experiences here. Seems like they pressure you into a car. I bought a Gold CPO 2020 Ford Fusion from them that they promised they would clean and “detail” the car before they gave it to me. I noticed after getting the car they didn’t clean anything inside they just washed the outside. This the second car that i had to deal with them.

Great service Dept. easy to schedule, always on time, no hassle experience. Service Pros are very knowledgeable, explain everything, no “upselling”.
