Wonderful buying experience!

I bought my new Saab 9-5 from Cappelino GMC/Buick/Hummer/Saab without evening visiting the dealership. Everything was done over the phone as I live in Cleveland, Ohio. My sales person, Brian Cappelino, was just superb in all aspects. Moreover, he was nice enough to drive 90 miles to Erie, PA, (half-way between Cleveland & Buffalo) along with his General Manager, Paul, to deliver the vehicle to me at no charge. Everything about the car was as described online. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

Switch from leasing to purchase.

Salesman Mike Uschold was a delight to work with on the purchase of a used Lexus. He arranged for a fair buyout (5 months early) and return of our leased Nissan. Comestic repair promised was done professionally. Overall experience was Grade A. A recommendation to a co-worker resulted in a purchase with the same feedback. Would recomend again.

2011 sts4 cadillac

I would highly recommend Cappellino car dealership for buying a new or used vechicle. Everyone, including the receptionist, was very approachable and made you feel important. They followed through with what they promised and they returned our phone calls to them promptly. The used car sales manager, Larry Carlyon, was exceptional with his service. They even sent us a gift after our purchase. Will definitely buy from them AGAIN!

THE BEST

I recently purchased a Certified 2009 Buick Enclave. At the outset I discovered a very relaxed atmosphere at Cappellino Dealership. My time was spent with Sales Mgr. Lawrence Carlyon, and Salesman Brian Cappellino. Also, Mike Urchold's specific technical knowledge was very helpful. I found these gentlemen to be knowledgable, patient,and respectful...all of which helped me to make a decison to purchase and helped to resolve a small problem.
