Terrible customer service...will never go back.

Terrible experience overall...will never go back to this dealership ever again. I ended up going to West Herr and had a great trade in and car buying experience.

Auto repair

Got a lot of work done on 2 cars in 3 days. The shuttle car is quite an assistance, as both cars needed "time" to be repaired. Connie and the service reps are professional and extremely helpful.

great service and clkean

I was treated well. My problem has recurred. I will return. No lack of effort bytechs. I do know you have changed out parts but GMC made you put the old part back when a second showed up.

New acadia

I was most impressed with my salesman, Herb Streng. Herb has a style that more resembled an experienced teacher than a car salesman. This was the first time I had purchased a car where I completely understood the finance side of the transaction. This was based on the time Herb Spent with me, and it meant a great deal to me.

Extremely friendly, clean and accomodating!
