Knowledgeable service technicians

I recently I my car in for a scheduled routine service. The service technician found an issue that I was unaware of and brought it to my attention for correction. This was a problem which was covered by warranty which was communicated to be by the customer service advisor. I always leave Cappellino's feeling confident and assured that my car serviced to a high standard. A job well done-as always!

Top notch dealership

I continue to be impressed with the entire Cappellino Dealership. Everyone is pleasant and courteous. I am especially impressed with the service department. Each one of the service advisors are attentive to my needs and are helpful in addressing the service of my vehicle. Kudos for a job well done at all levels!

Wonderful Dealership

Went in for service rotation of tires and mileage checkup. They even washed my car. I even had a problem figuring out how to get compass to show on the dash. Brian, a salesman, took time to show me how to do it. He even got in the car and took time to actually show me. Their staff is so friendly. They take time no matter what your question might be. It's like a country dealership - friendly, courteous, a warm atmosphere. A+

Great experience with my new truck purchase

I bought a new Sierra from Cappellino GMC and couldn't be happier. My salesman Mike Matthews was very helpful putting me in the truck I was looking for. I never felt pressured and it was a very enjoyable experience. The sales manager was fantastic in getting me the financing I wanted and working out a good deal on my trade. I would definitely buy there again!

Certified pre-owned vehicle

I bought my used car from this dealership over the internet. The car was Certified pre-owned vehicle with only about 22K miles on it(based on their website). I knew the VIN, the color and the detail of this vehicle. I made 2 visits to attemp to see the car after dealing over the phone, there was about 90 mns drive one way. During this visit, the crew there told me that they did not know that this car was certified and tried to sell me extended warranty. The second trip I went to this dealership to pickup the car, they told me again the car was not certified pre-owned vehicle. I finally told them that it shown on their website that it was certified pre-owned. They finally acknowledged that the vehicle was in fact certified pre-owned. They then told me that in order to take the car as certified pre-owned, I needed to pay part of the certified pre-owned fee. I told them that was not part of our original deal. I think this dealership is more concern about making afew hundred dollars extra than customer satisfaction. -- so be aware and ask for any hidden fees while you're making deal with them, so you won't be surprised when you come to pick up your car --.

The vehicle was most definitely advertised as certified pre owned. Customer had made several offers on vehicle that were much lower than original certified price. During negotiation customer was offered vehicle at his offer and he would waive the certification at his price. This was not a problem with customer until he mentioned on delivery that he would not take it without the certification. We went ahead and agreed to pay half the cost even though customer knew it was not certified at price he offered. We are very honest and upfront and have no hidden fees. We strive to keep all of our customers happy and also went above and beyond for this customer too. Wish review posted told the entire story!
