The purchase experience was very comfortable. Herb Streng took the time to understand what I wanted. He was very patient while we took a couple vehicles for test drives, including digging one out of the snow (which incidentally is the one I ended up leasing). Every one in the dealership was very friendly and there was no pressure from anyone.
