Great Deal from Great Sales People

Paul Batt, Larry Young, & Gary Cappellino were fair, knowledgeable, and overall excellent representatives of the dealership. It was obvious from all of our interactions that they were (and are) imbued with a "customer satisfaction" focus--being patient and respectful while we decided on our lease options. A truly fine "no pressure" / "no hassle" experience! We were 110 % satisfied after our car was delivered!

Awful experience

I went to this location because they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I knew exactly what I wanted. They came back to me with such a low number for my trade that when I told them I was shocked at how low that was and was offered 3K more for my trade they asked "did they see the car?" and my husband was so livid he said "yes, and that was two weeks ago, don't think the car depreciated 3,000 in two weeks" I felt like the attitude of the salesman was very poor. They could have easily made a sale (they didn't even have to take us for a test drive). instead I got attitude after attitude. That weekend went to a different dealership and bought the car. I'll never recommend anyone go there.

First time service for a Buick Encore

Great set

I was recommended by my father, and when pulling up to the used dealer building was greeted by three friendly salesman. Although, I was waiting for a specific salesman, Mike U., the rest of the salesman kept me occupied with vehicles in the showroom. Mike was an awesome salesman who helped me pick out a great deal.

Great Experience

Overall the experience was great with excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Everyone was consistently competent and caring. Most importantly, we didnt feel as if I was thrown to wolves after purchase; plans were set to ensure our driving experience remain top quality!
