I was greeted immediately by pleasant and courteous staff. I encountered several staff during my visit and all were very friendly. I was impressed with how warm everyone was. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was out of there in less than an hour.

Mike Matthews turned my dread of car shopping into a great experience. He's honest, funny, knowledgable, and a good guy. Please keep him around because in 3 years I'll be back.

Brought in car for oil change and we noticed broken fog light. I did not realize I hit a small snow bank a few days ago that hard. I found the piece at my sisters driveway. Salvo guided me though the repair process. He was just great, working in a very fast time frame, facilitating me with a rental car, and the whole thing was done in a fast, efficient very friendly atmosphere which I appreciate so much.
