Great job!! Great staff!!

I was greeted immediately by pleasant and courteous staff. I encountered several staff during my visit and all were very friendly. I was impressed with how warm everyone was. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was out of there in less than an hour.

Great buying experience

GMC Sierra Service

My appointment was at 8:15am and my vehicle was taken in when I arrived. The staff was courteous and friendly and my vehicle was serviced efficiently. Great job.

Amazing, respectful customer service

I was nearly shocked at how pleasant my leasing experience was. There was no arguing over pricing. There were no surprises. I felt respected by Tom and the entire Cappellino staff. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

excellent

Brought in car for oil change and we noticed broken fog light. I did not realize I hit a small snow bank a few days ago that hard. I found the piece at my sisters driveway. Salvo guided me though the repair process. He was just great, working in a very fast time frame, facilitating me with a rental car, and the whole thing was done in a fast, efficient very friendly atmosphere which I appreciate so much.

Great service and clean facility

I brought my car in for service and was greeted by Connie - she helped explain what they would going to do and arranged for me to get a ride into work. The work on my car was done in a timely and professional manner. I thank you and Connie and hope to see you in a few months for an oil change. :)

Top Notch Service and Staff. BEYOND HAPPY !!!

I was in a pinch for a vehicle due to another dealership failing to meet my needs. Mike Matthews worked diligently to not only find the truck I wanted, but make sure it had everything PLUS more!!! I couldn't be more thankful for his hard work, along with the efforts of Steve King, Trasann, and Herb !!! I am beyond pleased with the truck, but more importantly with the welcoming and extremely qualified staff at Cappellinos !! I will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone I can !!!!
