I went in for an oil change & was welcomed as a valued customer very friendly and job well satisfied & washed my car & serviced everything I wanted done in a very professional way will definitely refer everyone to Cappellino

Wonderful experience overall

A wonderful experience as always with Rich Spencer. Could not find a better helpful, courteous or more professional salesman than Rich. Oil change, tire rotation & 27 point inspection.

I brought my 2013 Encore in for an oil change, tire rotation & 27 point inspection. The check in service and shuttle was great. The only thing that bothered me was that I had to call you to see if my vehicle was ready for pick up. At my prior dealership they always called when my vehicle was ready. I was told I would receive a call.

timely service,nice waiting area,very polite staff

I had dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation also a recall notice on the rear sliding window. All was completed in a timely manner, my only complaint is, I was told by not only my wife but buy my sales rep also that each time I bring my vehicle in for service it gets washed, this is the second time the new truck has been in and not washed but also my old trucks were never washed, I thought my wife was just pulling my leg but Connie in service confirmed that they get washed, I've yet to see that happen

Great Service, friendly staff!

Mike Mathews was very helpful in my recent purchase of my GMC Sierra. He was attentive and made sure to answer all of my questions. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership were very upbeat and pleasent to work with.

great state of the art facilities

Very friendly, never "talked down or made felt like a issue is non resolvable" great lounge and service dept. Hope great service continues.
