Good purchase experience at Cappellino
It was a great experience. I did not feel pressured like you often do when shopping for cars. Our sales rep, Larry, was very knowledgeable on all of the different products (both GMC and Buick) which helped make our decision.

Cappellino Buick GMC service techs are the most considerate people I've ever dealt with in an auto service shop. Its easy to get an appointment. They wait on me right away and my car is done as promised.

Great Service
The staff worked with me to get my truck in quickly in the morning so I did not have to waste the shuttle service to travel to downtown. My truck was checked for the recall and I was out the door all in 20 minutes.

Clean facility, friendly personnel

NYS-Inspection Done-Required expensive Repair.
Had a NYS Inspection done. Did not expect the large bill for repair to the car front end!! Apparent rust damage! Seems when I have an inspection done, there is always something expensive that needs to be repaired.

Very accommodating, personable, clean dealership

Great service
I always seem to get coupons in the mail AFTER I have been there for service. The coupons always expire before I need the next oil change. Can the coupon date be extended so that I can actually use the coupons?

Prompt Service
My vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writer greeted me as I drove into the service area. She was very friendly and had all the paperwork completed in under five minutes. I went to dinner and in less than an hour she phoned me to let me know my vehicle was ready. The best part was that the bill was $0.
