Not the experience we were hoping for.

This was a train wreck from the minute we walked in. The new guy who said he had "8 years in the business" but didn't know anything about the truck. Worst negotiation skills ever. We were treated like children that had never bought a car before. If this hadn't been the only dealer in town that had what we needed we would've went elsewhere fast. Steer clear of Kasey Chudy and his antics. Overall HORRIBLE experience. Two thumbs down.

Brand New Verano !!!!

We love our new car. Our salesman Casey Chubby was phenomenal and knew everything. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to him and the Cappelino GMC Crew.

Great Service Attentive Service Specialists

Great Dealership. As a long time customer ,I know service department is top notch. Service Technicians are great at identifying problems are clearly and concisely convey what will be done. The newly completed waiting room provide a great environment while waiting for your car to be serviced. Wi-Fi, flat screen television and the electronic board tracking the progress of your vehicle's service call is a great touch. Without hesitation I would recommend this dealership and its service department.

A Pleasant Capellino Experience

This was my first service visit since the remodeling. I love the customer lounge. It is so good for whatever you want to do. Watch TV or work at the computer area or just sit on the stools. I also like the new message boards. At least you know where you stand with the work being done and about how long the wait will be. My wait time actually turned out to be less than we first thought, and that was a plus! Connie was very helpful, professional, and informative. This was a truly positive experience at your dealership!

steve worked it out above and beyond

my 15 Yukon denali had some issues in which I had to return numerous times to get it fixed and for my inconvenience they not only gave me a mobil oil change but did a complete detail on my truck it looked better than when I bought it thank you steve c

Shopping

Wear a raincoat, you're going to get hosed!! Went shopping for a new truck in October. They priced the 2014s like they were new. Got the same truck at another dealer for $200 less a month. I think they take advantage of older people. I didn't see anyone under 65 shopping or getting service. I told the sales manager what the Lockport GMC dealer quoted me for the same truck and he told me to go buy it, so I did. Don't waste your time.

GMC Acadia Lease
