Outstanding Integrity

True honesty when buying a used car. Yes I cannot believe I am saying that about a used car dealer. Sales staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to "Work it out" Best experience I have ever had buying a used car. Highly recommend Cappellino Buick GMC I wish we had dealers like this where I"m from - Out of state buyer

Cappellino Buick-GMC

We had sent out multiple e-mail's to area Buick dealers in WNY expressing our interest in a new Buick. Domenic Benedetti was the only one to respond to us in a timely manner. To their loss (the other dealerships) started to contact us after we purchased our new Buick. We also felt Domenic was extremely knowledgeable about our Buick. We did not feel any pressure to buy and yet we did and are happy about it!

great service disappointing finish

I find it very difficult to find anything negative to say about the dealership, from the sale to service. My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past 6 years, we love the dealership, if I had to make a complaint, it would be that for me my 2014 Sierra has been in for service 2 times and not washed either time, my 2012 Sierra was in several times and never washed, please don't have your sales people state that each time your vehicle is in for service it will be washed. A very minor thing however still something that is appreciated, please note my wife's and daughter's vehicles have been washed every time.is it because it's a truck???????

SERVICE ... ABOVE & BEYOND !!!!!!!

wHEN BEING GREETED FOR A PERFECT SERVICE HOUR, "CONNIE" AND ANOTHER CUTOMER OBSERVED A LARGE "LUMP" FORMING MY FOREHEAD, THANKS TO FALL ON DRIVEWAY CONCRETE AS i LEFT HOME FOR THE SERVCE APPOINTMENT. WITHOUT PAUSE, CONNIE BROUGHT ME A TOWEL-WRAPPED ICE-PACK TO APPLY TO MY INJURY AS I RELAXED IN THE WAITING ROOM. IT TURNED OUT TO BE JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR APPRECIATED ... AND ANOTHER FINE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER-SERVICE. OH YES, MY CAR RECEIVED PERFECT SERVICE ALSO ... MANY THANKS, AS ALWAYS !!!!!!!

Pleasant experience, nice facility

Our salesperson, Larry, was extremely patient and thorough in his explanation of the vehicle we were considering. He explained leasing and purchasing options. He also explained the vehicle's options on our test drive. It was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely return to Cappellino's for another vehicle. Larry would be the salesperson we would work with.
