Easy Transaction

Cappellino Dealership is a bit out of my way - But Nick made the transaction very easy, I basically told him what I wanted to pay for a specific truck and he called me back 2 days later and told me they could do it. I picked up the truck a week later. Nick did what no local dealership in Rochester could do. Nice Job Nick - I will think of Cappellino in the future

2016 GMC Canyon SLT Purchase

I've purchased several new vehicles, from several different dealerships,in the last 20 years and this was easily the best purchasing experience I've ever had. From the moment I entered Cappellino Buick/GMC, Rich Spencer and Dominic Benedetti were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the deal. These gentlemen exemplify what salesmen should be. I was made a fair offer for my trade, with no need to haggle, and a great deal on the new truck. In the end, I left with a beautiful new truck feeling like I had made new friends. Lease 2016 GMC Sierra

Nick Buccarelli was my sales consultant...I was having my existing Sierra serviced and walked through the sales floor just to take a quick look...Nick approached and we had some casual conversation...Nick talked to me about how I used my truck, my hobbies, my family/children's activities, etc...He related the benefits of leasing and being in a new vehicle to my personal situation...He did not pressure me into any decisions but did present enough relevant information in a relaxed atmosphere that made me feel at ease with my decision...He also understood what I was trying to accomplish from a financial standpoint and worked with me to get me where I wanted to be...He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the day I picked up the truck going over the features and how to use them...There was not a missed step from start to finish...

Another fantastic experience from Cappelino's team

I only had the best of service from the team at Cappelino Buick- I was particularly impressed with the salesmen who took care of me- call me biased, but Paul Batt is the best there is when it comes to taking care of customers and making them feel valued and at ease. Domenic was the one who directly took care of me, and was accommodating, informed, considerate and great to work with. Thank you for another positive experience!
