I have experience with MB dealers in New Jersey, Texas and now Mercedes-Benz of Naples ..............MB Naples has the the most pleasant personnel and offer the best service of any of the other dealers mentioned herein. Tino Guerrero, Eddie Hernandez, Chuck Searles, and Darci, are exceptional employees of the Naples MB team. MB Naples should be very proud of them... Dolores Epstein I always have such pleasant visits when I have my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Naples.

The drive from Orlando was so worth it!

After visiting all Mercedes Benz dealerships in and around Orlando, FL, we were consistently met with disappointment and frustration. The inventory was limited and the attitudes of the sales staff were very stereotypical. It seemed they were doing us a favor "allowing" us the opportunity to go home in car that wasn't really the one we wanted. Expanding our search beyond Orlando led us to Adam Davis of Mercedes-Benz of Naples. It is no exaggeration that Adam created the most pleasant, dare I say enjoyable, car buying experience we have ever had. After actually listening to our wish list, he found the exact car we envisioned, he pulled it out of his inventory and held it for more than two weeks based solely on our verbal commitment to make the 200 mile drive to pick it up at our first opportunity. And then, as if that wasn't enough, he took it to an external shop to have the windows tinted for us so it would be done when we arrived. The day we picked up the car, it was predominantly displayed, big bow and all. All of our paperwork was already prepared and ready for our signatures. We were in and out like a quick trip to the store. We weren't subjected to the usual waste of three hours that has become so typical. There's no other was to describe it, this dealers provides absolutely unbelievable customer service! If you reside in Florida, we would highly recommend giving Mercedes-Benz of Naples a chance to earn your business. Make sure to ask for Adam. You will be very glad that you did!

Terrible experience

My husband went to this dealership just coming off work to go see a car we were interested in. When he got there he saw multiple salesmen gathered together & they looked at him and continued chatting without even acknowleding him. Maybe cause he was in his comcast work clothes? Or maybe because of his ethical appearance? Whatever the case was. Secretary came out and asked him what he needed & she then went to the cluster of salesmen and got one of them to approach him. He wa greeted with a "Hey bud how are you?" Ok what kind of greeting starts off like that. He then told him about the car we liked and then he was like "oh that's used, let me get this guy to help you, I'm very busy." And then went back to CHAT WITH THE OTHER SALESMEN. My husband didn't get his name or I'd assure you I'd be making calls. The other salesman was polite, but didn't even bother to offer opening the car he was showing my husband. It was a terrible & discriminating experience. We then went to purchase our Benz at Mercedes-Benz Bonita Springs and it was the TOTAL OPPOSITE.

Great sales followed by horrible customer service

The lease of my first Mercedes Benz went extremely well and I was overjoyed. Only a few months later my vehicle started having issues... it's this... it's that... we don't know or the best is always "there's nothing wrong". However, in February my car was at the dealership 17 days and MBNaples refunded my months lease payment. After insisting my vehicle was as it should be, I proved them wrong to no apologies. The service manager all the way up to the GM have absolutely no clue what customer service is. I DO NOT recommend MBNaples. Their biggest concern was what I posted on my Facebook.

Doctor

This was, by far,the most enjoyable car buying experience ever! Everyone we encountered at the dealership was so friendly and buyer focused, quite different from so many previous car buying experiences. Ann Margaret is a very knowledgeable saleswoman and goes out of her way to ensure that your questions are answered and your concerns addressed. Her warm, no pressure approach is a breath-of-fresh-air! I will surely recommend Mercedes Benz of Naples to everyone!
