Excellent Used Car Purchase & Service
I give this used car side of the dealership a 5 star review based on my recent purchase of a used 2014 E63s with Sales Person Eddie Lawrence. First, Eddie treated me as if I was in to buy the car (even though I told him I wasn't) from the day I walked in and he offered a test drive almost immediately. Any good sales person knows this is a crucial step in buying any vehicle, but even moreso an AMG vehicle where you are paying a premium for performance. Some dealerships in the past were very reluctant to allow a test drive and this makes them lose several customers. Eddie understands his product, so he also understands his target market will HAVE to test drive before buying. Needless to say the test drive got me hooked and negotiations were fair and easy, none of that "car dealer" BS most people have to deal with. This was professional and win-win. I was a bit disappointed with some small things on the car at delivery and a few other things after delivery. I quickly noted them and advised Eddie. He attentively took down all the feedback on the small imperfections with the Certified vehicle and he took the vehicle in the following week and fixed everything on the list. Although I would have preferred taking the car in perfect condition, I recognize that sometimes some things can be missed, what was important is that the dealership made it right. The service department was great to deal with, however, the loaners area needs to get their act straight. Not only my experience was terrible with the loaners, but my wife's has been always deceiving every time she goes for service. You cannot give a $35-40k car, or as in my case, a $15k Smart car, when your car is worth $90-120k new and only a few years old. Someone needs to track this in the loaners department and make sure customers are treated with the same respect they are when they're buying the car.

Best experience I ever had purchasing a new car by far and I’ve purchased many. Adam Davis (Sales) and David Wachs (Managing Partner) were fabulous people to deal with. A1 and highly recommended.

Great all around experience!
Great experience buying an auto from Mercedes of Naples. This was my second purchase, and dealt with Joe Politi both times. He has an understanding of what the customer wants, and this extends to the “after sale experience”.

Traded and purchased
I have had a 2009 MB since 2013 and traded it in only to get updated electronics including security measures, as in back up camera and keyless entry. Only reason I did not say excellent is b/c the end financial transaction benefitted the dealership way more than it did me.

Don’t often participate in these surveys however in this case we made an exception It began last year when we met Adam Davis We were in for service and left with an outstanding vehicle Again this year we’re back to him to purchase another vehicle Why?
