Ann Margaret - Superior Knowledge & Service . . . & Nice!

I bought my first Mercedes a few months ago from Ann Margaret after visiting the Mercedes dealership in Bonita. To start, Ann Margaret's command of all technical details far surpassed that of the Bonita salesman. As a newcomer to the Mercedes brand, I needed a lot of guidance. Ann Margaret alerted me to options and features I never knew existed. Most impressive, I came in with a specific buying objective, which I told Ann Margaret. When I - predictably - got excited by more expensive models and lost sight of my original plan, Ann Margaret wisely and gently guided me back to my original objective. I am very grateful for that and absolutely delighted with my choice of car. As a result, I will confidently refer others to her and buy again from her myself. As for service, in an unbelievable turn of events I lost BOTH keys within the first month, causing massive problems for all concerned. Ann Margaret stepped in and saved the day. I recommend her to everyone from the most knowledgeable to the novice Mercedes buyer. She is exceptional.

THE FIRST REALLY GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY 44 YEARS

IVE BOUGHT LEXUS VEHICLES FOR THE LAST 17 YEARS AND OTHER MODELS FOR 27 YEARS PRIOR SO MY CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS VAST! THIS IS THE 1ST REALLY EASY,NON-STRESSFUL PURCHASE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I THOUGHT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THAT CAR SALES PEOPLE WERE THE LOWEST FORM OF LIFE,AND MOST DECEITFUL GROUP ON THIS PLANET. THAT IS UNTIL MY RECENT DEALINGS WITH ADAM DAVIS (A REALLY GREAT SALESPERSON)! Fantastic car buying experience time and time again

Ann Margaret Ross is top notch! She makes buying a car the easiest and most stress free process. My last car took 25 min to buy from beginning to end. Ann consistently responds to any questions regarding my vehicle almost immediately and is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. she really takes it upon herself to make sure that her customers are truly satisfied. I cannot say enough positive things about all my car buying experiences with Ann. Simply the BEST! Thank you, Ann!!

Ann Margaret is Fabulous

Tell Ann what you want and you will get it. She is so easy to work with and makes the entire car buying process easy and fun. We have bought several cars from her and this dealership and we cant say enough good things about both her and the entire team there. Jackie in service is my go to gal and she is also fabulous! Excellent buying experience

Sales Consultant, Ann Ross was so knowledgeable about the brand and all the features on my vehicle. She took the time to review everything with me on my 2016 GLC 300 and answered any questions I had. When making such a big decision, it was comforting to have such an experienced and helpful professional to walk me through the process. Thanks Ann!

Truly exceptional

Always a great experience to take my car in for service. It may be a little more expensive than the tire shops but they do a great job. I love the speed of checking in and the ease of getting the loaner car. Truly exceptional.

What a pleasant surprise!

I made an appointment to have an airbag fixed that was faulty on M/B 2009 SUVs. I have always looked forward to coming to visit you as I seem to have problems surface while I am in Naples not on the Cape where I live. All have been resolved VERY well and Jackie has been so good at explaining just what is being done and loaning a car too if necessary. This time was basically a "freebie" as it was a recall feature. However...as always my visit was SO enjoyable! I am always greeted so pleasantly...work is done in a timely manner...your coffee and pastries are excellent! I so enjoy waiting in your immaculate facility...and better yet, wandering around the showroom and lot looking at the cars. When the job was done...an hour or so...I certainly did not expect the car to be washed and vacuumed so well...this was a recall after all. Wheels were shined...even the tires walls were shiny! This shows your amazing attention to detail and customer service! I love seeing Jackie who has done such a great job explaining things in the past...and all the personnel I have met there. After reading so many of the recommendations written, I am tempted to buy my next Mercedes from you even though you are 1500 miles from home!

The sales and service teams are the best.

Adam and Rich are great in the sales dept. jackie dresser is excellent in handling service issues. We have acqired four new vehicles from them in the last four years.
