When I purchased my car I bought a Perma Plate warranty

When I purchased my car I bought a Perma Plate warranty for tires and appearance. After 3 years my leather (white) dirty and I spilled something in my trunk. I called my original dealer and they contacted Perma Plate, Gave me a car for the two days. My car looks and smell like new again.

I worked with Andrian at Naples Mercedes over the past

I worked with Andrian at Naples Mercedes over the past year in the search for a new car. While my current vehicle was a Mercedes, I was open to other brands in my search. Andrian gave me the opportunity to try different Mercedes vehicles and made sure I had all the information on the different Mercedes vehicles. I worked the search thru 2024 and decided that another GLS would work best. Andrian checked back with me thru the year to make sure I had the information I needed. He was patient, supportive and wanted to be sure that I found the vehicle that I wanted.

Jackie is only reason we still drive Mercedes.

Jackie is only reason we still drive Mercedes. Not so good experiences in other dealerships. She goes beyond the call of duty every visit and should be rewarded accordingly.

Without a doubt, this has been the best new car buying

Without a doubt, this has been the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Adam Davis and his team worked flawlessly to deliver my new car. Adam never pressured me at all. We had a long discussion about options, some of them he recommended and others he didn’t. When I have purchased previous new cars, there was always pressures to upsell me. That was not the case with Adam. During this process he handed me over to Alex Howard, who took about an hour to establish communication between my new car and my iPhone, and demonstrated the various features of the new car. Adam called me five days after the purchase, wanting to know if I needed more instruction from Alex. The finance person, Joe Irpino, was very much like Adam. He presented upsell options and explained them, letting me make the choice. There was no pressure, just information. I chose one out of about 10 options. Adam and his team not only put my old license plate on the new car, got me official Florida registration and put it in my glove box, got my new insurance cards and put them in the glove box. I have purchased new cars in California (worst state in the US to purchase a car), Nevada, Washington, and Florida. This was a very service oriented purchase. I have been going to Mercedes-Benz Of Naples since 2019 to service my other cars. Tony Pinho has been my service advisor since that time and treated me very well. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Adam Davis at Mercedes-Benz Of Naples.

However, the new ownership has raised the bar on customer service. Adam has been a pleasure to work with. He is personable and fully understands what customer service is all about.
