The dealership sent me a flyer on a trade in deal, I visited the showroom and with the help of the excellent staff I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect and I was able to make a fair trade on my 2015 S 550 and complete the purchase of of a new 2017 S 550. RSK

tried to purchase a used car
I have been dealing with this dealership on a used car for several weeks. I stated numerous times my offer was total cost to me. No additional fees on top. The correspondence back from them states exactly 'your price has been agreed to by management plus taxes title and registration'. We have communicated clearly and all this is in writing. After a lot of time spent setting up transport, selling bonds to cover the cost they finally send me the contract of sale and have added An admin/processing fee at the last minute. Never mentioned and not what was agreed to. I mentioned I was writing a review to let others know how they act. No reponse from the salesman or the sales manager. Not a place I will do business again.

The Queen of service advisors!
Jackie has been my service advisor through four different Mercedes vehicles. She is a joy to work with and always works hard to make the service experience a pleasure. She carefully explains the service procedures and options and makes sure that I am fully aware of all work being done. Her wit and personality are more refreshing in the morning than a cup of coffee! Her service clients are fortunate to have her.
