Andrian was amazing?

Andrian was amazing?very helpful and without him we most likely would have not bought any car here. He clearly listened to exactly what we were looking for (eg we mentioned we were leaning towards an Audi Q8 or the Porsche Cayenne SUV) and found us the perfect vehicle (combining the best of both). We highly recommend asking for him if you?re at the Mercedes dealership in Naples.

I received a text a few days ago indicating that my car

I received a text a few days ago indicating that my car was being serviced at the Naples Mercedes. I called the service department for clarification since I do not own a Mercedes. They confirmed my name, phone number and address from their system which was accurate yet I do not own a Mercedes. Obviously at this point I was very concerned. The woman at the service department was confused and told me the manager would call back shortly to see if they could figure it out. Long story short.. I called back 10 different times trying to figure out what was happening and received no answers from the staff and no return phone call from the manager. This afternoon I received a text asking for me to complete a survey on the experience. Still waiting on that phone call to explain why my information is in their system for a car they are servicing that I do NOT own.

Excellent everyone involved from sales to finance, instructing the cars functions were very professional, courteous and genuinely nice. My wife enjoyed working with all of them will be back.
