I have been a Toyota of Louisville customer for over 15 yrs or more. I'm always greeted with great customer service satisfaction. My salesman Joe Campbell is Amazing & Sales Manager Rick Donnell is superior.

This dealer was able to locate and deliver our new RAV4 Hybrid faster and for a better price than the other dealers in town. They earned my business and our salesman Joseph was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience! ..and the vehicle is fantastic! It gets 40mpg every tank and can pretty much drive itself on the highway!

Just purchased my 6th new Toyota fr this dealership.Have always been happy w/the customer care you are given. Great people to work with. The sales team are not too pushy like other dealerships. They are there when u want them otherwise they allow you your space. Management is also fabulous. Can’t say enough good about the guy I have done business with since 1994. (Ron Pence). He is very fair. I send all my friends there and feel comfortable doing it.

I was greeted by Nathan. I told him my situation and what type of vehicle I wanted. He was very helpful. Didn’t hard sale me, or talk my ear off. He asked me some questions and showed me vehicles until we found the perfect one for me. When something wasn’t right, he just showed me another one. I never felt like he was trying to “get me into a car”. Lisa was great too, and was able to get me a better deal on the extended warranty and maintenance plan I wanted. The experience really easy. The entire process only took a few hours. Nathan basically sold me probably my favorite vehicle I’ve ever had. So I recommend this place for anyone who wants a Toyota.

Our visit to the Toyota of Louisville on Dixie Hwy was quick and painless. We were able to come to terms fairly quickly with no pressure. Our salesman, Glen, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which was fantastic. Lisa was able to get us a less than expected interest rate which was greatly appreciated. The negotiation with Richard was as painless as possible. Dean had us signed up and out the door very quickly. This whole team was a pleasure to work with throughout our purchase.
