Glen Harder at Toyota of Louisville is the most trustworthy, solid salesman in the city. We just bought our 5th car from him and TofL. Always a great experience. Staff is excellent from bottom to top. We've always gotten what we are looking for and been treated with respect and integrity. We've sent all our friends to Glen and will continue to do so in the future. In addition John Carbone has always taken care of our service needs and we plan for him to take care of our new Rav4 as well.

Tim Patillo made purchasing our new car easy. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Toyota products, took his time demonstrating the features, and worked with us on our budget. At no point did we feel pressured, or that we were wasting his time looking over several cars. He even understood where I was trying to save money, and helped where he could. Dean in finance was also outstanding. Again, no pressure at all and he took his time explaining every detail. We had gone through several dealers prior to Toyota of Louisville, but none as professional as them. I would recommend their sales team to anyone.

If it wasn't for the service department, specifically, John Carbone, I wouldn't continue driving 35 minutes one way. The staff anticipates my family needs and doesn't use high-pressure service nor sales. I managed to drive the same Sienna for nine years up to 348K miles. The common sense approach and understanding what I need as a mother of three, specifically not nickel and diming me with repairs and service, John always helped me prioritize what absolutely was necessary or can wait. As I turned in my 348K Sienna, Glen also anticipated my needs, because this mom really wanted an SUV, but the Highlander just wasn't going to fit the bill and he knew that. He lined up the vehicle for me, I didn't even have to look. Rick worked with my budget, ,especially taking in to consideration I've referred customers and will have three new drivers in the course of the next six years. No games, no pressure at Toyota of Louisville. If it wasn't for the service team, I wouldn't be a returning customer for vehicle maintenance. If it wasn't for the sales team, I'd be purchasing elsewhere.

Glenn has sold me cars in the past and because of his knowledge and empathy it made it easy for us to come back and purchase another vehicle from him. There was no rush to purchase and the understanding of our concerns in the buying process were at the forefront of his concern. Glen Harder gives an amazing experience at toyota. Extremely friendly and can answer any questions you mite have. This was my second vehicle I’ve bought from him and would definitely go back to buy my third!
