I was not looking forward to buying a new (to me) car but

I was not looking forward to buying a new (to me) car but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire staff at Toyota of Louisville. They talked to us about what we were looking for and showed us only what we asked for. The process was clean and simple. F&I worked with us and didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't want. All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend them to everyone.

Tim P. at Toyota of Louisville was great to work with. He knew we were in the market for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and kept us up to date with inventory and availability. The purchase of the car was seamless. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Tim P. Tim would not tell me the price of multiple cars I asked

Tim would not tell me the price of multiple cars I asked about on the lot, would not move at all on the price (or even have a discussion with us about it) which is fine but then tried to give me a horrible valuation on my trade in on top of not moving the price, any time I tried to explain what I wanted for the trade in he would just talk over me and yell about how they wouldn’t give me Kelly blue book value when I never once asked for Kelly blue book value, his manger then proceeded to offer me more than double what Tim said was the highest they would go, the remote start has not worked since I left the lot

Tim was patient as he answered all my questions.

Tim was patient as he answered all my questions. He worked diligently to get me the car I wanted. Lastly, he did not haggle about the price. This was the most peaceful car buying experience.
