The best Toyota Dealership in town and I live on the

The best Toyota Dealership in town and I live on the opposite end of town. Pressureless. Informed. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Tim Patillo was my Sales Rep and Bob Garr was my Finance Rep. my entire family buys from there.

Everyone was so polite and professional he told me what I need done he also said if my tires does not need to be rotated. They won’t rotate them and I won’t be charged for that.. he told me when I needed to come back to get to get new tires and I was very pleased with him

They refuse to honor my Toyota care Maintenence for only 40 miles over the limit I will report this dealer to Toyota

We understand your disappointment, but there seems to be confusion regarding the complimentary ToyotaCare maintenance program. That maintenance program is for 2 years or 25,000 miles from date of purchase. It appears your Corolla is now 26 months since purchase and has right over 26,000 miles. While Toyota does provide a small grace period beyond the initial 2 years / 25,000 mile coverage, your vehicle is beyond both grace periods in terms of time and miles. Unfortunately that is the policy which we have to follow. If you have further questions, please call our GM, Dennis Fante, at 502-935-1433 so that he can assist. Thank you.

That is not true , the only reason I pass the 25 000 miles is because I change the oil every 5000 miles and not at 10 000 as you recommended , in 25 000 miles I pay myself twice my oil change because you refuse to do it . Your own people explain to me that not matter what I have 5 services include in my car cover by Toyota care . Yesterday was my number 5 visit. I will send this to Toyota and also the BBB , so people know how you honor your own service
