Highly Recommend Grant Herron
I was referred to Grant Herron by a friend, who purchased a Rav4 from Grant at Toyota of Murfeesboro. I gave Grant a text one day without prior contact, and he reached back out to me within an hour. We chatted on the phone for about 30 minutes, going over what kind of car I was looking for. He then followed up over email and text with several options for me to consider, prior to coming in to the dealership. When I met Grant in person at the dealership, he was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was very patient with me as we discussed vehicle and financing options. After finalizing things at the dealership, Grant was very pro-active about giving me updates on when my vehicle would be arriving at the dealership. Highly recommend working with Grant Herron, if you're considering purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Murfeesboro!

Great purchasing experience
I worked with Grant to purchase my 2023 Highlander Limited Hybrid. He was very professional and kept in touch regularly while we waited for the perfect vehicle. Toyota of Murfreesboro does not sell certified preowned
Toyota of Murfreesboro does not sell certified preowned cars. I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade for almost 100k. The truck wasn’t even clean when I arrived, when I was told that it was good to go. I had a list of error codes in which they had to take the truck to another dealership to clear the errors and not fix the issue. I found out while I was on the road with my family heading back to GA. All the errors came back up. No wonder they wanted to push us out. I called the agent and explained what happened and basically said I was on my own. That is my problem now. So much for the support. Luckily, I’m still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty they will fix the issues. I will never buy a vehicle there anymore! Hanson

A purchase a Toyota Camry, 2022 brand new car zero
A purchase a Toyota Camry, 2022 brand new car zero mileage after 2000 miles I had an issue with the ICU and the car will not start. I asked them if I can return it they say we can’t do that they did fix it also, I figure out when I purchased a car they put $5000 on top of the price of it Guys be attention to that I asked another Toyota dealership they told me you will have to bay only the price of the car and the taxes, that’s it Omar abdelaziz sales manager don’t ever buy anything from there

Poor workmanship
2007 Tacoma 18000 miles, brought it in to have a new clutch put in, the old clutch was still good and really didn’t have a problem with it but wanted to stay on top of it. I was going to do it myself but didn’t have the time or wanted to be laying on my back in my driveway doing it. I wanted it done right so had Murfreesboro Toyota do it (big mistake). They quoted me 1600 dollars over the phone and said ok, then set it up for a Saturday to get it done, but brought it to them before Saturday so they check to see what type of clutch was needed, they now tell me two two types of clutches and so happens I have a special one, now going to be 2000 ( should have stop there) I said ok, bought the truck in Saturday to drop it off and they now tell me its 2200 saying it shouldn’t exceed 2200 but we know how that is. They have the truck all day with no follow up and after numerous tries to get ahold of someone at around 5pm they tell me it’s all done, so I get ready to go get it and then call me back a tell my caliper had just frozen up during the test ride. They tell me it happens all the time, and now want to charge me 1100 to put one new caliper on(couldn’t believe what I was hearing) I just had new tires put on it a week prior and didn’t see anything wrong when walk around it to inspect the truck and the tire people didn’t see anything wrong. Anyways I have the truck tow to my house so I can do the caliper myself (for 750 I got Toyota calipers, rotors, brake lines and pads for both sides on line). Up on doing the calipers I noticed two bolts from the transmission to engine sticking out not even tight down couldn’t believe my eyes( they should have been torqued down to specs). Also really didn’t find a major problem with the brakes but went ahead and did it anyway. Took the truck for a test drive for the first time since I got it back from the dealer and the clutch felt worse than it did before I brought it to them. It makes a clicking sound every time you push the clutch in and the clutch now goes all the way to the floor when shifting gears. Call them and told them about it and they told me to bring it back, I bring it back and talk to me like I’m some idiot that doesn’t know anything about mechanics( which I am a locomotive diesel machanic for 25 years) now they telling me it’s a old truck and it’s not going to feel like a new clutch ( which is a bunch of crap) anyways they didn’t do anything and told me they can really dig into it and find out the issues. Wow like I would let them ever touch this truck agian when they did a crappy job from the get go. They might be good for a oil change but anything else be careful.

Michael Brooks was very patient as I spent a few months making a decision on which Toyota, which color and which model we wanted. He was helpful during the process and has contacted me three times since the purchase to see if I had any questions.

Matt Breaux is the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is an honest, great natured , and all around great person. He made the drive from Knoxville so worth it ! And Sean Donaldson the finance guy is super intelligent and able to explain the services Toyota offers in the simplest of terms. These two are great people and a joy to spend time with, I'm so glad I chose to go to Toyota of Murfreesboro !

Pleasant Car Buying Experience
I recently worked with Omar to buy a 2023 Sequoia. He was very personable and stayed in touch with me throughout the process and I believe he did his best to get us the best deal. He was extremely helpful and had the car, paperwork and everything else ready for us the day we showed up to complete the sale. We also worked with Ashley in the finance dept and she too was personable and helpful, so I would definitely recommend buying from these guys. Buying a car is extremely stressful and my wife and I really appreciated Omar's attention to us and to making the experience as pleasant as possible.

no I don't want service from you
the most of bad services I never seen in the life. I wait until 6 hours and half to know what happened in my car . I am really upset from this location I never go to this location I told my wife to go to Beman instead of murfersboro.
