We have purchased 2 vehicles from Toyota of Murfreesboro--both working with George Ghaly. We enjoyed working with ALL the staff, but George really went the extra mile for us. Not only did he show concern for my family after we were in an accident with the 1st vehicle we bought there, but he also did everything in his power to make sure we got the best car for our family at the best price possible. We were beyond blessed to work with him and highly reccomend Toyota of Murfreesboro--especially George--for all of your vehicle purchase needs. We will never go anywhere else as long as George is at Toyota of Murfreesboro!

Waiting for our money back

We recently sold our VW Jetta 2018 to Toyota Murfreesboro. 20 days after and we are still waiting for our check to give to us . We called them and they said next week and again another week . Do we need to call an attorney or directly the police on this case ? The last time we call them they said Tuesday 18 the check will be ready, and if is not there what can we do ? This is our information Jay and Laura Ward .

Toyota of Murfreesboro does not sell certified pre owned

Toyota of Murfreesboro does not sell certified pre owned cars. When I questioned this I was told by GM we inspect them but that doesn’t mean we fix them. I assumed I was dealing with a reputable business that I could trust, afterall the brand Toyota is stamped on it. There are some shady car dealerships out there but I never imagined a toyota dealership would do business in this manner especially Toyota of Murfreesboro whom I’ve been a loyal customer and purchased from before. From my experience, they are deceitful and have subpar business practices to say the least. The vehicle has been repaired now by Toyota of Murfreesboro.Which is greatly appreciated but not rectified, I paid above market value for what I was led to believe a certified pre owned vehicle not a damaged one. Their business practices need to be addressed. I have a screenshot with this exact wording which has been since deleted from their website. 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE 5TDJZRBHXMS140755 2021 Toyota Highlander XSE CARFAX One-Owner. Clean CARFAX. This vehicle has passed a thorough 160 Point Inspection conducted by our Factory Trained Technicians. Certified pre owned cars pass this inspection which leads you to believe thats what you are purchasing. Add to that the sales people lead you to believe it also by using carfax reports and stating it has no prior wrecks. They lost my trust and my business. I will not do business with this place again nor recommend it. In fact, I will tell everyone who will listen about my horrible experiences with Toyota of Murfreesboro.

I wish customer would leave a name so I could research. We do not have Certified vehicles but do have a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on certain vehicles. We do a through inspection of all vehicles before they are sold. Again with no name we can't do any research.

I don’t know whose name you need but there are names at the bottom of this review of who I worked with. The general manager has reached out to me about this review on Friday already and her main concern was me “bashing” her on the review. Which I did not bash her, I stated facts from my experience. Needless to say, Toyota of Murfreesboro has lost any of my future business. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry in late June of 2022 with 18,361 miles on the odometer. Shortly afterward I notice the air conditioning and breaks needed servicing. I scheduled an appointment at my first convince in September 2022 as these were just uncomfortable inconveniences and not major mechanical issues. This vehicle was purchased with extended warranties, maintenance plans, and certified inspections. I was told that the rotors would need to be machined and full air conditioning diagnostic perfored at my expense. It's appalling when you pay over $36,000 and within the first few months have over $600 in repairs needed to be performed. Shouldn't these items have been addressed at time of inspection? And if missed shouldn't the dealer have made the necessary repairs at no expense? Due to my hectic schedule, it did take me longer than I intended to address and communicate my grievances but still. I called the dealership manager to rectify this situation and when speaking with her, extremely rude and called me Ma'am multiple times throughout our conversation. I would not recommend anyone else do business with this dealership ever!!! I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for future matanice as they certainly ignored significant issues at inspection. While pertaining this review I realized that there are others with similar experiences too. You can't trust the maintenance department either, hard lesson but you've been warned.

First and foremost with respect Mr. Niemann, the conversation started with 'You will fix this or I will blast you on social media' instead of addressing the concerns in a manner to help you. When your consultant followed up with you on your vehicle purchase the following week you had not mentioned any concerns to her via text message when she was getting your tags lined up. When speaking with Nike, she was only attempting to inform you of the normal warranty procedures and the guidelines we have to abide by during the process. We do have to have consent to diagnose which includes the fee for any non-covered problems. We keep records of all vehicle inspections both paper and electronic before we sell them and on your vehicle alone spent $1,000 to get it properly serviced prior to sale which included rear brakes. Had there been issues we were made aware of at the time you test drove the vehicle, when you took the vehicle home, when the sales person followed up with you the next week, or even the week after we could have addressed these. Just had a great experience buying my car!

I gave the Sales Consultant ,Turbo, a list of my wants, from color, price, AWD, Make, and he showed me the perfect car for me! From the test drive to taking time to go over all the features he was very patient and informative. I highly recommend the dealership and Turbo.

Bad dealership

They charge $3k to $5k over the MSRP. While other dealerships don’t. They are using Covid as an excuse. While Nissan and Honda at Murfreesboro don’t. I just got the 2022 pathfinder from Nissan.

"Z" was our salesperson, he was great and also his MANGER was great, he worked to find us the best deal .We will have to come back later to finish this review. Waiting for Tires to get Nitro filled. They where awesome with getting us in the 2019 Toyota Highland.
