The car fax was a fraud and my car had been in an accident! The dealership was refusing to help me! Never buy anything from Murfreesboro Toyota.

Exceptional salesman, Matt Breaux!!!
I would like to take this time to praise your salesman, Matt Breaux, during my purchase of a 2019 Tacoma a few years back and most recently during my purchase of a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid. Matt took the time to: 1. Explain the purchase process 2. Determine the RAV4 attributes I desired and their associated costs 3. Submitted a purchase order to Toyota thru the Georgetown assembly plant. 4. Once ordered, Matt worked closely with me for the next month to determine the status of the order. Matt is a great salesman and is extremely good working with people. I can assure you he will be our go-to salesman when buying our next Toyota.

We went to the dealer on Monday Labor day day, we were their the Fri the 3rd, talked w/ a salesman said we would be back Mon & asked if he would be there yes I will. Back on Mon the 5th. Found out he wouldn't be in till noon. Talking to someone when we found out we said we had been looking at a Nissan, we will be back, very soon the owner came over & introduced himself. We sat down w/ him (Andy) the owner & we talked & B-4 we knew it we had bought a Camry. The easiest we have ever bought a car. I don't think if the salesman had been there if it would have happen!!! I don't want to say anything negative about him, because of Andy the owner we will be telling others looking for a car to go to Murfreesboro Toyota ask for Andy & a recommend a salesman to see. I can't say enough about Andy!!!!!!!

Vehicle service cost
Very overpriced for servicing your vehicle. Really feel they took advantage of my wife?s inexperience in dealing with a service department. Nice place but didn?t expect the bill to be double

GREAT BUT DO GIVE FREE WATER TO ALL
Always a great time at Toyota. Only that they are supposed to be kind enough to give all their clients FREE water the way FORD does and others. I MEAN WATER shouldn't be a problem especially at this time that is so hot. Apart from that, great customer service, quick and efficient.
