I took my Toyota Venza in to get the seat looked at.

I took my Toyota Venza in to get the seat looked at. The seat works but there’s a small piece of plastic sticking out. They said they couldn’t put the piece back in and quoted a price of $1000. I get there and it’s 2,100 basically I had to pay a diagnosis $181.00 for nothing. Very disappointed in the service.

Who should I ask for?

3rd time customer and never going back.

My experience with Toyota of Murfreesboro has been less than stellar. We purchased our 3rd car in November of 2021 and while we liked our sales rep , we were charged a purchase fee of $2500 just for buying a car…no inventory but we went with it and ended up buying a new 2021 RAV4. I had not bought a new car for 20 years and my only request was leather seats. But with no inventory they said no problem , pay for the upgrade. I paid for a new car, it was delivered and after waiting for what I thought was OEM upgraded leather seats I got 3rd party cheap seat covers from Cool Bros. I had to complain and show up to the dealership 4 times and they agreed to redo. Gave me new seat covers with huge Katzskin tags. All the while knowing I had expected Toyota leather seats. It’s been a terrible last 4 months, fighting for normal looking seats…now I’m being ignored. What’s the point of customer loyalty if no one cares about you or your needs? They acted like I was dumb for expecting a leather upgrade…when I purchased a leather upgrade on a new car! No communication as to what I was actually getting. Unmet expectations, cheesy product, no communication. I just want my money back for the “leather” upgrade. I’ll never buy another car from them.

My appointment was 9:30am and I left after 3pm.

My appointment was 9:30am and I left after 3pm...Had to wait 5hrs+ to get my brakes done.

Sorry Service Department

I bought 2 cars from Toyota of Murfreesboro. Both purchases went okay but good luck with trying to have them serviced there. I've tried for 2 days to contact them to no avail. I left a message on their answering machine 3 days ago and on their website and they've never called me back. Over the last two days I've called multiple times selecting their option for the service department and no one ever answers. I've also selected the option for sales and the receptionist. No one has ever answered.

My family purchased two vehicles from this dealership. We have been VERY pleased with both vehicles and the service. My husband was very hesitant to buy a car from a salesperson through a dealership has been “converted” to this place. His change of decision was based on his customer experience with our salesperson, Jonathan DeBerry. Jonathan cane highly recommended and I see why. He is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Helpful, not pushy.. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan DeBerry. He has many many repeat customers and a loyal customer base. I wrote this review without hesitation. Ask for Jonathan at this Toyota! + we are also really pleased with the service department. Overall, this Toyota is a great place to do business. We are happy, repeat customers!
