I purchased my car September 8, 2023. I received a Carfax brochure stating that my front and rear brake pads was replaced on September 1, 2023 it was not true. On December 28 I responded to Matthew Breaur he is the salesman who sold me my 2016 Infiniti QX 60. I explained to Matthew that I had took my car to Walmart and budget brakes. They could not remove the lug nuts on my car. January 20 2024 I took my car back to Toyota in Murfreesboro and I talk with the sales rep Matthew Alexander he said that he will charge me $12.98 per lug $160 for service. I feel that I should not have to pay for anything since they did the service before I bought the car.

Flexible and quality service

I had to take my vehicle in to get the second key fob programmed to my vehicle. While I was there, I asked them to look at disabling a few electronic notifications that were annoying me on my new truck. Even though that was not in the scope of the original work, they did it for me without issue at all. Their flexibility in helping address those items while I was there, was very much appreciated and why I would recommend someone trying them out for their service needs. It was so much better than my previous experiences with the surrounding GMC service departments for my previous truck.

Great experience

Truck was a gift to me but purchased here. The dealer went above and beyond to make the gift a surprise to me while I was visiting Nashville. The truck arrived at the dealership a couple of days before it was gifted to me. They added paint protection overnight at the giver?s request!! The interaction with the staff, specifically, Sofia, Jonathan, Will and owner Andy couldn?t have been more personable and professional.

I'm in the market for a new car.

I'm in the market for a new car. I've been to several local dealerships but so far I am most pleased with Toyota Murfreesboro. They gave me good - best -pricing and were very attentive to my needs. While I haven't purchased yet my intent is to go back to Toyota to get my new vehicle by the end of the month.

Poor Customer Service

I bought 2023 Highlander on May 31, 2023. I was told that they would install a blind Spot Indicator (BSI) on my vehicle. In June they did install the BSI. It worked great for about a month. Then one day it went crazy and started coming on when nothing was next to my car. It would not come on when a car was beside my vehicle. I have taken it to them 3 times to have it repaired. The last time they acted like I was stupid and didn't know how it was suppose to work. Now 5 months after I bought it, it will not come on at all. This is ridiculous. No one wants to be responsible for this. I bought a brand new vehicle with 8 miles on it and I expect everything on it to work properly. I will never recommend this dealership. Once I purchased my vehicle the sales person April has no time to help me. It is very poor customer service.

Harrassing behavior and violating my personal info

violating my personal information without my knowledge or consent by selling handing out my personal information from the service department to they are sales department for a kick back . They think it's ok to steal and cyberstalking a female for their personal gain
