Honestly, I normally hate the car buying experience and get irritated when I feel pressured in any way. This was never the case with Nikki Wallace and Scott Rowe at Rivergate Nissan. I negotiated price with Scott via email and phone and did the test drive and paperwork with Nikki at the dealership. Both sales people are very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt any pressure at all and always felt very informed and appreciated. Nikki even patiently took the time to test drive a used Maxima and a new one with me when I wasn't sure about the used one. My hubby went in for an oil change and tire rotating. While he was there, he was informed there were 2 recalls in my vehicle. He asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. Two hours later, he asked when it would be finished, as he had an appointment. He was informed that it was finishing up. When the vehicle was brought out, the service department did not charge fir servicing the tires. My hubby was pleased, but did not expect this. Thanks to our dealer! Top notch!
