an excellent experience

this is the second time I have purchased from this dealership.that last time being over 8 years ago. they stood by thier word while negotiating over the phine with me, and respected my time and fear of the normal dealership experience. truly..i spent more timet here that i needed to t help the newer sale person that handled the transaction ONLY because they were so nice, and HONEST. I have already recommended tis dealership to a couple friends and will continue to do so and hope they retain thier family feel and easy atmosphere.

Great

My experience was smooth and easy. My salesperson was professional and not pushy. This was probably the quickest process of buying a car, which is awesome to me. I do not like waiting in a dealership for hours on end. I would recommend Nissan of Rivergate to anyone.

Nice people and great service

After looking at many dealerships within Nashville I gave up all hope. But on my way home I passed Nissan of river gate. So I decided to look at what they had to offer and was extremely surprised by the coustomer service and quality that they had to offer. Hunter made the whole experience a blast and they worked with all my needs! Thank you Nissan Of Rivergate and thank you Hunter!!!

Always a Great Experience

The service reps at Nissan of Rivergate are SO great. My wait is never lengthy, and tv and refreshments in the lounge make the wait enjoyable. No one there tries to sell me a service that I don't need. They always do a multi-point check on my car and conference with me concerning the results. I've been a customer for years and plan to stay with them.

Excellent transaction

Nikki is the best salesperson you can get

Luck of the draw for me. Didn't know this site existed until recently but was moved enough to rate my experience at Nissan of Rivergate. Nikki is the best salesperson I have come across at a dealership to date. Informative, personable, knowledgeable.... Too many times you can't find the right middle ground. Either the salesperson is too pushy and won't leave you alone or no where to be found when you have a question, like you aren't important. Nikki has nailed this. I almost sound like her family memeber writing a review and I assure you I am not, but just a lucky customer to find her and make the car buying experience not a dreadful experience. There is a reason she has all 5 stars in her rating.
