Bought a 2017 Pathfinder from Scott. He came in on his day off to deal with an issue, he offered to drive 160 miles to come help me. While I would strongly suggest you do research on the particular Nissan you are looking for and any known problems, if you are in Middle Tennessee and have decided to buy a Nissan, then Rivergate is the best place to go. On price, they beat any of the other dealers in the area as well. Do the research on price too. Ask the other dealers what the "out the door" price is, there are some Nashville dealers that "require" up to $1500 of add-on products to get the advertised price. Compare apples to apples. What is this vehicle going to cost me, bottom line.

Definitely an innovation that excites
Nissan of Rivergate is very lively, the experience was better than that of other dealerships I have visited and the staff were in point. Each congratulating me over the PA system and some personally. I will highly recommend Nissan to any of my friends and family due to the quality and performance compared to other brands.

Literally the rudest service department ever
I've never met some many folks that hate there job! I literally met one person at check out that was nice other than that the people checking me in acted like I was an inconvenience. Then I called back today to find out some more info that they didn't put on my paperwork and the parts department was horrible the "manager" talked to me like a I was stupid. I'm so glad I didn't get the work done there.

I always dread having to go through the process of buying a car at a dealership, but Nikki made it painless and fun.
