Wallace and Michael Howard worked together in helping me choose the exact Nissan Rogue that I was looking for. I would highly recommend these sales consultants. I must say that I was most surprised when I decided to go into Nissan of Rivergate to drive out with a new vehicle!!!!!! I had visited two Cool Springs dealerships (Nissan and Toyota) near my home. Both were LESS THAN PLEASANT experiences. A friend suggested I take the drive to Rivergate, which I did. They actually seemed please to stop. I told Brandon what I was looking for (I thought) and he immediately drove it up. I met Phillip the Sales Manager and before I knew it, I had purchased a new Frontier!!!!! Great deal, great experience overall. It was DEFINITELY worth the time to drive to Rivergate Nissan!!!!! Thanks, guys.

I always have a great experience when I have my car serviced at Nissan of Rivergate. The people there are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, especially Betsy. They don't try to sell me anything that I don't need, and their charges are reasonable. They tell me how long I can expect the job to take, and they keep me informed and updated while I wait. In the waiting area they have nice amenities such as popcorn, doughnuts, coffee, and water. I also earn reward points for each dollar I spend and can use those points at my next visit. I highly recommend Nissan of Rivergate. They have never disappointed me.

We purchased a new car from Nissan of Rivergate and found the experience very refreshing. They came quickly to the numbers so we could decide. No games going back and forth with the manager.
