Great service!

I purchased a car on December 23rd and had the best experience. Hunter and Drake helped me so much and made my first car buying experience an excellent one. I would suggest Nissan of Rivergate to anyone interested in buying a new car!

Glen is amazing!

Hello I just wanted to take the time to leave my review here because I was beyond amazed with our recent trip to Nissan of rivergate. We met with Glen and from the first few minutes I knew we couldn't have hand picked a better salesman. He was vet attentive to what we were looking for and even had plenty of funny jokes to fill in the paper work void. I would recommend everyone ask for Glen "the nerd"!

Excellent Service

I purchased a new car on Saturday the 17th of December and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Nikki Wallace. I highly recommend Nikki if you are considering buying a new car as she is highly knowledgeable and made this whole experience very easy.

Great Deal, Great Service

I knew before stopping by Nissan of Rivergate that I was interested in the Rogue, even though I had never actually driven one. I dropped in without an appointment and was greeted by Austin when I arrived. He listened closely to my list of wants and thoroughly answered every question I had. He recommended we test drive a vehicle that was in my budget and also the trim package I was hoping for. Upon driving the Rogue, I knew it was exactly the car I wanted. Best of all, when it came time to negotiate the price, I was pleased to find that there was none of the "back and forth" haggling that can make car buying a miserable experience. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and professional. Best of all, before I drove away, Austin demonstrated all of the car's features—from safety to entertainment—and believe me, there are a lot of features. I will definitely have my car serviced here when the time comes and will recommend this dealership to my friends.

I got a great deal.

To put it in a few words. I was dealing with another Nissan dealer closer to home and they didn't really have what I wanted in stock so I decided to make a few calls in order to see if I could find it elsewhere. I called Nissan of Rivergate. They not only had it in stock but they made it worth the extra hours drive. Bottom line, I got a great deal. Also, I would be amiss not to mention my Salesman who was a young man named Austin Tittle. He was courteous, prompt and efficient in meeting our needs!

Another great experience at Rivergate

We just purchased the 3rd and 4th new cars from Rivergate Nissan and it seem every time gets easier and the experience gets better. John and Philip were great and made it almost too easy. We won't go anywhere else for cars. Amazing.

Great Customer Service

I deal with Betsy who is a real joy to work with. She understands the angst women sometimes experience when they have to take their car into a dealership. She took all my concerns seriously and never made me feel my concerns were too small.
