Fairness and above expectations

I had a wonderful experience here. I wasn’t expecting the results that I received and also the fairness with which Nikki treated me. I came in with a tricky situation (locked in payments for a car that wasn’t worth the amount I was paying as well as having that same vehicle recalled and not driveable). Jodi in rentals always treated me like I was important and also like a friend. Driving around in a rental that I had come to enjoy fully, Jodi pointed me in the right direction to discuss buying options, and that was to Nikki. Nikki and Philip did not give up on me even as I kept my expectations low. They understood my situation and worked their best to find a silver lining. They not only got me into a better car than the one I couldn’t drive, but they also found a way to lower my overall monthly payments. I really felt like they truly cared. In the past, I have had my hopes risen up at dealerships (“let’s go chose your car,” and then, nothing, not even a courtesy call to inform me that I wasn’t approved after being told I was). Naturally, I expected the same. Prepared myself for that even. But that did not happen, and I thank you guys so much! Not only do I have a clear understanding of what I am paying for, but I am paying for a vehicle that not only will last, but is worth the amount. I felt I was treated extremely fairly. You guys rock!!!!

Very happy customer.

Very friendly and professional as well as informative on her job and you feel Nikki cares very much. I would with no problem recommend Rivergate Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car.

New vehicle purchase

I had a great experience with Nikki Wallace at Nisan of Rivergate. She made the process easy and was very knowledgeable about the Rogue that I purchased. I would highly recommend anyone visit Nikki's for a very positive and stress free experience

Mos knowledgeable sales person I have dealt with.

Most knowledgeable sales person I've had the privilege to deal with. Sold me the car that I absolutely love. Gave me a great deal and did it in a very timely manner.

Great people to work with

Bought many cars over the years and have never experienced anyone as pleasant to work with as Nikki Wallace. No pressure, very committed to her customers and really knows her business inside and out.

Ron Truck owner

Have had my Frontier serviced here for over a year and will for now on as long as I on a Nissan. Didn't buy my truck from here, but because of their great service I will buy my next Nissan from them. GREAT JOB!!!!

Great vehicle purchase experience

I bought a truck recently and was assisted by Mike Howard. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout my purchase experience. He listened to my needs and wants and enabled me to make a great decision. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process. Mike was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone if you want an honest person looking out for you the consumer. Thanks again.

Traded for new 2017 Murano

I received fair value for my trade in on a new 2017 Murano. Friendly sales staff assisted me and they put together a team effort in order to make the transaction happen in a couple of hours from start to finish. I appreciated the effort to respect my time and to make sure I was satisfied.

Mr.Scott was so wonderful by helping me

I was very excited about me purchase a new car Mr. Scott was very helpful and Chris was the person I came to see but he was busy with another customer so he told Mr. Scott to help me. But they both was good to me
