If you're looking for a knowledgeable, yet low-pressure salesperson, then Nikki Wallace is for you! I came in with a specific car already specked online. Since it was a special edition, the exact car was no on the lot. She quickly found the model that matched engine and other parameters as closely as possible so I could test drive. She patiently answered all my questions, including talking to her manager to locate the car at another dealer and called them to ask specific questions I had. They also were able to quickly appraise my current vehicle and provide trade-in information so I could make an informed decision.
