if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle this is the place to go! Ask for Tony degeorge. his professionalism and personality make it a pleasure to actually buy a car! listened to your needs, price range and made no effort to pressure you into purchasing. would definitely go to this dealership again and I live 3 hours away

“Do not” I repeat “Do not “ buy any vehicle from these crooks. Make sure to look at paperwork closely, they’re good at adding a couple thousand dollars to your bill without you knowing. Called them out on it and they changed it, which should’ve been my sign to walk away. Horrible customer service, worst car buying experience ever. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that keeps bringing all these horrible memories. Please shop somewhere else or you’ll be the next smh

Just a bad experience

Where to start with this dealership. Sales is pure hard sell from the moment they see you on the lot. They talk fast so you can't get a clear picture and they push too hard. At least some of their vehicles are unlocked so you can see inside them. Service is well, the name is a misnomer. They tell you to get an appointment and they will get you in and out faster, well that is just a lie. It should never take 6+ hours for just an oil change. Over 3 hours to change out a rim and tire, and these are not exaggerated not 1 offs. I have consistently spent over 5 hours, with an appointment, for an oil change at this place. My nephew left them a bad Google review, and not even 5 minutes after it posted I got a call demanding to know why I left a bad review. Well they deserved that one, and this one. I was loyal to them, but just got tired of being pushed aside as others came in after me and left before me, hours before me. I can not in good conscience recommend Sales nor Service at this location.

I asked repeatedly to not receive marketing calls but the marketing calls will not stop! Visited them one time to ask a question about a chevy vehicle. They had no interest in answering that question. All they wanted to do is sell me a vehicle immediately!

GREAT.

Had to have a 6 month check on my truck and was told that engine bushings were going out. This truck was only 6 mths old! Obviously this person didn't know what they were doing. The sales man "AC" HICKS didn't treat me as a blithering idot, which I greatly appreciated.He was extremely knowledgeable about vehicle and the outstanding features. Can't say enough.

Awesome team!!

I’m extremely impressed and grateful with the Hendrick team in Tallahassee. I live in Naples Fl and unfortunately the customer service is not comparable to my experience with this team. It all started with Kathy Van Liere in the finance department, her professionalism is on point with documents and follow ups. Chris who sold me the vehicle was a gentleman and a scholar through the whole process. Great follow up and customer service communication! Jack Kelli’s the service manager was also very helpful and courteous. Even Jim, the driver was very professional and helpful. They brought the car to me and made the whole transition smooth and easy. Thank you all for the help !!!!
