Excellent.

Excellent. We broke down in Tallahassee while out of town. We got towed there right at closing time. It was the fuel pump. It was ready Saturday

Our service advisor, Jennifer Richards, was incredible!

Our service advisor, Jennifer Richards, was incredible! My car overheated on Friday night, but she got it checked out on Saturday. Jennifer fought hard for the best price on the repair. She kept us in the loop the whole time. We really appreciated her help. I thought it would take days to fix my car, but by Monday afternoon, it was ready to go! I can?t thank Jennifer and the whole team at Dale Earnhardt Jr. Service Department enough for their help with this used car I bought out of town. It?s had a lot of problems in the first year of ownership. Thanks again, Jennifer!

Had no choice but to purchase a vehicle there as ours

Had no choice but to purchase a vehicle there as ours broke down. Been lied to & I called numerous times with no answers Complete xxxxshow. Have gone thru my 3rd set of temp tags & still don't have title & plates. About 3 mths with temp tags & basically unregistered vehicle. Can't get anywhere with them. You get the runaround & sorry story. Im so done. That's how u treat out of state people. Horrible experience. Won't recommend.

They always find something wrong .

They always find something wrong ..they have my SUV more then I have it..My vehicle has so many different repairs done in the two years I?ve had it.
