Dashboard discoloration.

Refused warranty service with 4400mi on my car. Drove 85mi three times just to be refused correction of dashboard color fading while still under warranty. Has no choice but to sell the car

This is the most underhanded crooked dealership I have...

This is the most underhanded crooked dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Was quoted a price for a truck on Thursday morning. Made an appointment for Saturday morning to go get it. Looked at it online Friday morning and the price had gone up over $2000. Would not honor the price I was given the day before.Price went up another $1000 on Monday. Was told that the market updates every 6 hours so their prices update also. LIE! Dealership continues to call me and my husband. Someone different calls everyday even though we have told them to stop. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

DO NOT SHOP

This Dealership is totally unprofessional. I called about a used car that was on there website at least 4 times before traveling from Ga. to Fla. to look at this car.(4 .5 hours). I made an appointment to come and look at the car.I called 10 mins prior to close the day before my appointment to confirm this car was still available, I WAS TOLD IT WAS AVAILABLE AND MY APPOINTMENT WAS CONFIRMED FOR 9:30 THE NEXT MORNING. I arrived at 9:28 called the dealership in the parking lot of the dealership and ask to speak to the guy I have been in communication with and was given a new salesman. He took me out to look at the car(without the key) I ask to test drive car, he went to get key and came back to tell me the car had just been sold over the phone 5 mins before my arrival. I ask to speak to the manager and she came out smiling like everything was fine. The first thing she said was she had a new car she could sell me, I ask her why would I drive 4.5 hours to buy a car I could had bought 10 mins away from my house.She said they were in the business to sell cars, and they could not hold cars. I ask her why did I even set up an appointment , IF THIS WAS THE CASE. ALL SHE COULD DO IS SHRUG HER SHOULDERS. It was there lost and my gain, I got a car 1 year newer and 4000 less mile for 1000.00 more than they were selling the car for. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM..
