Intentional Misleading

The advertised "Dale Jr. Price" is not really the sale price. Lots of incentives no one qualifies for are hidden in that advertised price. Then they try to get you to pay the MSRP price. DON'T DO IT! They can come off that price but the more they sell the car for, the bigger the commission. Tried to low-ball my trade. Was ready to walk when they gave me what I wanted. Just a horrible, frustrating experience.

I don?t like buying the oil changes there. It not the price, it just takes too long and thy could be changed. Only inspect every other oil service if the customer like myself complains

For a premium price, I did NOT get premium service

Fuel pump failed on Chevy Traverse. Local shop did not have tools to fix. Towed 90 miles to dealer. $1200 later, picked up car. It smelled badly of gas. Opened hood to reveal pool of gas on engine, in a cavity. Afraid new pump was leaking. Returned to dealer. Shop supervisor found a foam part soaked in gas from repair. He took it off, aired it out, mopped up excess fuel. This should have been done as part of the repair. For such a cost, it should have been done right the first time. And Chevy should not design cars so that only the dealer can repair them, then charge so much for the part.

bait and switch

i picked out a vehicle online and called them they told me they had it there at their location. i made appt for the next day. when i showed up that vehicle was at a different location. i was told to buy new the salesman and i agreed on a payment amount. i had to return the following day to do the paperwork. when i showed up it was 79.00 higher. they try to pressure you into taking the vehicle even thought payment is higher. needless to say i walked out! i took my tradein home. i drove their brand new truck 400 miles so now it is not new anymore.they called this morning wanting me to still make higher payments than i had set in writing. was told on phone they would give me around 12,000 for my trade in all said and done they offered me 6,000

Service

Was quoted prices on the phone to include multiple repairs (struts, engine mount, and engine belt). I knew the price was overpriced for Tallahassee because two other places looked at the car, but I was in a bind. Agreed to the work and picked up my vehicle after paying 3000 after 6 days. Went around the corner and noticed not all the work was completed. Left the vehicle and finally heard back two days later after calling multiple times. Surprised that they didn’t do one of the items originally quoted and they wanted more money. Then after multiple calls I finally got my car back. If you use them know this... 1. It cost about 150 for you just to give them the key. 2. Get the quote in handwriting 3. Having had two other quotes on the issues of my car... they are way way overpriced. 4. My car was at the dealership for 8 days. With all that... after eight days they should have at least cleaned it.
