Be very careful…look at everything!

Be very careful…look at everything! The salesperson told me out the door pricing with everything we discussed included would be $40,000 the finance person flew through everything fast and everything was done on a computer. Unfortunately I was too trusting. I later found out it was over $45,000. I had an issue with the center counsel. I went up there on 3 different occasions and they didn’t fix it. Last time at the dealership I was told it would cost $782. They wanted to charge $585 just for the part. I could order the part direct from General Motors for $357. I waited 3 hours for a tire and then was told they didn’t have it in stock. I have been to the dealership on 5 occasions and have never had a good experience

Key pulled for what???

Traveled 1 1/2 for a car that was already sold. Manager was rude. Terrible experience. Salesperson told us 2 hours before she was pulling key.
