I bought my first car at Dale Earnhardt

This place is so awesome. They have done everything and beyond to get us into our new car. I had such an amazing experience.. I want to give a big shout out to our car salesman Josh he was so amazing. I was super nervous didn't want to go with payments at all. Josh was so positive in every aspect. Thank you so much I love my new car your the best! Highly recommend going through this dealership! Everyone was so welcoming.

Great deal on my trade

Came in for oil change and left with a one year newer truck. Josh Williams was great in making the trade in deal work. 2nd time I’ve bought a truck from him and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

Josh was amazing, he helped us get in our 2022 Chevrolet Equinox with the best experience! He even earned a nickname "uncle Josh" go check him out!!

Don't get mark

Being I made an appointment and dropped my car off, it took all day with no communication from my advisor Mark. The appointment was for an oil change and tune up, (to my knowledge a tune up was changing spark plugs and wires) I was told that was not the case when contacted by Mark, i was told that spark plugs and tune up are different. I was confused so I said just the oil change, that was the last time I talked to Mark. My appointment was at 745 am (I did that so I can get my vehicle in and out,I hate waiting...) Well I didn't get my truck back till 4pm. All day for an oil change. I was catching a ride and at work so I needed communication as to how long its going to be... If I knew it would have taken all day I would have went somewhere else. Mark is A terrible advisor when it come to communication. He wants to empty your pocket and not talk to you at the same time. I will never return I'll take My business else where. C
