Start to finish the experience was great
When you give all your money within your bank account to put down on your newer vehicle, and then you're forced to leave the lot with a brand new vehicle purchased with an empty tank, and then you hear that that was policy of the dealership later on ?, if they would have told me that policy before I wouldn't of given all I had in the pursuit of purchasing a vehicle ? It was a big let down for a great experience, I made a massive purchase I spent hours with your company just to leave broke and with an empty tank of gas.. With understanding that my gas 2019 Sierra truck takes the highest gas price ever premium $125 to fill it up, You took all my money out of my bank account to put on the vehicle and left me with nothing, I spent $70,000 with you with high payment rates just to end up regretting hours later... When you get a new vehicle anything new in your life people typically show it off, they want to show their family drive it around show their friends, roll down the windows play music loud get the full experience, by being able to drive around I would have been the greatest advertisement for your company, speaking great detailed information about where I received the vehicle and the great experience I'm giving out to the person I'm speaking with currently. Dealership Made $70,000 in less than 2 hours Salesman made a really high commission in less than 2 hours The bank received high interest rates in less than 2 hours You received a great vehicle that was mine under $100,000 miles LTZ 2015 suburban never had any problems, and was not poor grade, for less than 20,000 when you know you rated my vehicle as an LT My LTZ was an upgraded version of the LT I should have received way more than 20,000 They don't tell you your gas is empty, they wait until everything's finished papers are all signed deals are all done, to show you your new car and send you on your way....

Great place to buy
I don't write reviews to often but the experience was very positive . My sales consultant Mike Antonis was very professional and explained all my questions I had about the used vehicle that I eventually purchased, I did not feel pressured at all. Andrew the Finance manager was great also . They both help me find the best scenario with my finances and got me a great deal on a used vehicle . They both genuinely care about ther customers .

Great buying experience
If you're looking for a great sales advisor ask for Joey. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. He went above and beyond to help with the buying process. I had a great experience at this dealership and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here.

Employees Caught in Lie
I went into the dealership Friday, March 10, 2023 and met Jacob…great kid…told him what I was looking for. Jacob introduce me to Barbie…explained to Barbie that I was looking to purchase 3 Chevrolet 2500 HDs by the end of the year and why. I was looking at the 2023 2500 HD High Country…said they couldn’t work the deal without $5k-10K down…we have NEVER been required to put money down on a new vehicle and wasn’t about to start now. For some reason the dealership couldn’t work a deal on the High Country but could work a deal on a 2500 HD LT (truck wasn’t even on their lot). I then informed her we had the GM discount…never offered to get information for discount, run numbers or anything on either vehicle (2500 HD LT or 2500 High Country). Had to have POA as husband is OTR trucker. Barbie kept insisting they use a courier service to get papers to my husband in NY in the middle of a winter snow storm. She didn’t appear to understand my husband could not sit and wait for a courier as DOT is very strict with drive time. I went back on Monday to sign papers and pick up the truck. Barbie called as I was en route to dealership and I told her yes. Once I arrived, she informed me that the POA would not work. I asked if she knew this when she called me and she stated “yes”. To which I asked why didn’t she explain that over the phone and save me an hour of drive time plus now wasting my time at the dealership. Managed to get a new POA and Angie in finance was able to get it approved by the DMV. I picked up the truck on Tuesday….still no answer on being able to utilize the GM family discount except for the excuse “we did a dealer trade from our dealership to another dealership”…but then was told by Barbie on Monday, “we purchased your truck from the other dealership”…so which is it? Did they do a dealer trade of did they buy the truck from the other dealership?? I’m really thinking about the 30 day return policy and returning the truck based on I caught a couple of employees in more than one lie. My question is…does Dale Earnhardt Jr and Hendrick motor pay their employees to lie? I feel as though I was pushed into a truck that I didn’t want just so they could make a sale. Yes, I could have said no to the deal…I didn’t and I blame myself for that stupid mistake. I do know that I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. But I am still looking to purchase 2 more trucks…just not from here!

He made sure my vehicle was taken in on time and was finished on time. He also made suggestions that could improve the performance of my truck, and I appreciated that. anytime I call Jeremy for an appointment.
