Love my new Malibu, the team julius, and Stephen

I have purchased all my vehicles at Dale Jr Chevrolet in Tallahassee for at least 18 years. and I believe Julius has sold me all of them

Great experience

Since around the first of March I have been looking forward to buying a 2024 corvette 3lt. I have talked with Barbie Jordan and Damon Cooey so far through the process. Both have been extremely helpful in my journey keeping me informed as well as being very professional and great with information to help me make my decision 😀. Today the car I want is put on paper and just waiting to be ordered. Thank you so much to both Barbie, Damon, as well as Dale Jr. Chevrolet and looking forward to finishing the process.

2020 Silverado owner.

Chris in the service department was very professional and informative about what was done and what needed to be done to my 2020 Silverado. Will definitely ask for him on any of my future visits to the service department.

Service with Meaning and Smiles

Traveling through Florida with my family. Had mechanical issues in the middle of the night. Limped 50 miles to this dealership. Parked at the Service lane doors waiting for dealership to open. The first employee we encountered was the service porter which started our experience with this dealership. The porter opened his ears and his heart to my family and myself. He allowed my family in to use conveniences and informed his manager and consultants of our presents and problems before the Service Department opened. Our experience from start to finish was like this. Consultants got us in; took care of us til mechanic's came on duty; mechanics got right on diagnosing vehicle; consultant worked with extended warranty company to get approval for repair and assuring parts were available; and mechanic completed repair immediately. During this time the Service and Sales associates took care of my family giving us a tour of their unique facilities inclusive of some of Dale Earnhardt Jr's race cars and specially built Chevrolet vehicles. We were repaired and back on the road to enjoy our vacation by noon. This dealership as a whole took us in and provided an experience you'd appreciate.

Nervous Nelly

I haven't needed to purchase a car for TWENTY years! So, contemplating the whole buying process and car payments had my stomach in knots. Though it was a long day, the salesman, Dante Johnson did a great job from beginning to end. He took the time to put me at ease, explain all the paperwork in a way that I'd understand and answered my questions to my satisfaction. And, he spent quite a bit of time giving me a tutorial on how to operate the dash. Remember, I haven't had a new car in twenty years. My last car is a 2005. So, just imagine. Dante also gave a follow up call the next day to check on me. Also, the sales manager, the receptionist-- everyone was kind and professional.

Fantastic First Time Car Buying Experience

Had a great experience buying my first car at Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet. Everyone was very welcoming and took their time answering our questions. Dante was fantastic and patiently showed me several different vehicles. We went to several different dealerships and none of them compared in terms of customer service. I ended up getting a new TrailBlazer and couldn?t be happier with my purchase. Overall, Dante and everyone at Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet made my first car buying experience an easy going and low-stress experience.

George Bell my service advisor made sure to keep me

George Bell my service advisor made sure to keep me updated and answered any questions on the service being done on the 2 trips it took to complete the service issues. He also went the extra mile to kept me posted on his day off which was a huge plus. He will be the only advisor we use on our 23 LT1 Camaro Convertible Sue Ellen and yes we name our car daughters so let George take care of any of your service needs you will be just as pleased as we are!!!
