I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They sale at MSRP as well as putting LoJack for almost $1500 on every vehicle no matter what, and other add ons. We were trying to make a deal on a Yukon XL Cole was our salesman. He was a great salesman, who treated you respectfully, and courteously. When he went to put our offer in a lady (I wish I would have gotten her name but I was so mad I didn't think to get it) came out and showed us their counter offer. I told her we would not pay that for a vehicle that the Kelly blue book shows dealer price for over $5000 less than they wanted to sale it for. So instead of speaking with both my husband and myself she spoke over me, completely ignored me and wouldn't look my direction. I'm assuming she thought if she ignored me my husband would buy it. I told her just because she was talking over me, & not looking my way we weren't changing our minds. She cocked her eyes at me and continued to only speak to my husband. Nothing makes me madder than someone being so disrespectful. So she totally lost the sale for Cole. The sad thing is for Cole we were shopping for my vehicle this time but it won't be too long before we would have been buying for my husband and Cole could have gotten that sale as well. So not just one sale lost but two sales lost. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone due to her disrespect. Cole, John, and a few other salesmen were great and she is ruining things for them if she does this to everyone. My husband and I do things as a team so when she treated me like that and told us she would see if there were other vehicles on the lot we might like I told her no and asked my husband if he was ready. I would have looked at other vehicles had she not treated me so poorly. I feel bad for Cole because he was such a great person and worked hard for us. He really is a friendly respectful salesman.

Wish I could leave 0 stars.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Con artists, bait and switch, you name it, they do it. Have never has someone try to steal my money as openly and with a smile as they did. They advertise the car at MSRP. After diving 120 miles to buy the car I am presented with a price sheet with 5K in dealer added feature which do not cost more than $500 at any other dealership. It's a shady way of justifying 25% over MSRP. Shame on you Dale Earnhardt Jr. for conning good country folk.
