We had our truck serviced here and the customer service

We had our truck serviced here and the customer service was excellent. We were in and out in no time. We definitely will be back. Mark was very knowledgeable and kept us informed.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet/Buick/GMC.

I've been doing business with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet/Buick/GMC now for about 10 years or so. Their staff are always knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. I haven't had a single bad experience. I can't say that about every other dealership that I've dealt with over the years. It is always a pleasure doing business with Dale Earnhardt Jr. affiliates.

Earnhardt Chevrolet - Tallahassee

When we purchased the truck it had a tire that was low and I later was told, after I had it a day and was low again, that it would have to be replaced. I didn?t feel that it was at our cost to replace it but the dealerships. When replacing one tire with 14000 miles it is best to replace two so there will be equal wear which initially was going to be at my cost and then I agreed to pay for one tire and the dealership the other. My opinion is the dealership should have footed the entire bill as this vehicle was not in a safe condition for sale. I will certainly expect better service from a dealership that bears the Earnhardt name.
