Bought a car here and three weeks the transmission went

Bought a car here and three weeks the transmission went out. Been there almost three weeks and still not done. Will not give me a loaner car and I payed well over a thousand dollars for a rental New service person there named Forress is really rude and tries to talk over you while you talk. Theyll try to do anything for you when your buying the car but nothing when it needs fixed after three weeks of buying it. Worth experience ever Will never deal with them again.

New truck!

Terry Kelly's helpfulness & phenomenal customer service is the main reason why we decided to move forward with a special order and purchase of a new truck. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I prior to purchase, during the truck's manufacturing period, and upon delivery. Andrew was great too! Tennessee st service

Had an appt for 10:30 Thursday morning.They didn't get to mmy car Thursday. At 3:30pm Friday was told the only electrition called in. They would START on my car Mon morning. Thanks

Nice, Knowledgeable Staff

I had the pleasure of meeting with Nick Sassone about the Bolt because my son is very interested in buying one. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC and I made it plain to Nick that he would probably purchase the car from another Hendricks Motors dealership. Nick couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. He took his time and answered all of my questions. The sales manager, Barbie Jordan, even came over to answer questions. It says a lot about a business when they treat folks with respect and they're just plain nice. Nick also had some great things to say about the dealership as he walked me to my car.
