I just purchased a Lexus from Automall Lexus of Tucson. It was a pleasure working with George in sales for my purchase. Having seen the long, drawn out car buying/haggling experiences other family members have encountered over the years, I was happy to avoid that and receive such great service here.

Christopher was extremely helpful for us getting started on our new Lexus. His professionalism was outstanding. Very glad he was our salesperson. Rick was also excellent as well and appreciate all his advice on what was best for us. It is a long drive to Tucson...but so worth it.

Had one of the better experiences car buying with Lexus of Tucson @ the Auto Mall. Very relaxed environment, no pushing for you to buy. They let you do the looking and they give you the options. Cut and dry and to the point. Mark Austin was a very professional and nice salesman.

I have to say I actually “enjoyed” the experience of trading in my beautiful 2020 BMW for my new, even more beautiful, 2022 Lexus RX hybrid. Much of the credit goes to Kris Bowman and his diligence in successfully managing all the details long distance so that all I had to do was get my old car from Denver to Tucson. Mark Auston is one of the finest people that I have ever met. There was never any doubt in my mind that he was not trying to find the best car for my needs. He exhaustively reached the online and lot inventory, and ended up selling a car that my wife just happened to notice. It was about the price of the one that we were seeking! The dealership, itself, simply put dignity back in the profession of car sales. It was th4e fifth dealership that we visited this time-out will be the first and only next time.

Chris Bowman is the most respectable salesman there is!!! So I found a car I want but I'm in Phoenix and it's in Tucson. It's a European luxury brand at fair price but I can't visually inspect it before my purchase. Needless to say I'm worried about paying anything without a test drive and inspection. Chris gave me the play by play after driving it himself, he gave me all the info related to maintenance, he disclosed a possible repair needed and took it to a specialist outside of their dealership to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Showed up to sign and drive away and the car was better than I hoped, the minor concern isn't even noticeable to me (I wouldn't have discussed if I were him), and he got me the payment I was wanting. Enjoyed my drive back to Phoenix in style and comfort with a bouquet of roses he got for my wife who want able to pick up the car with me. Car salesmen don't have great reputations but Chris is the opposite of any stereotype and it was a blessing to have him on my side through it all.
